Terms of service

These starter terms define the intended product boundary and require legal review before a commercial launch.

Research use

You are responsible for independent due diligence and compliance with seller, auction, county, and applicable legal requirements. Do not trespass, harass occupants, misuse restricted tax lists, or rely on DealSig as the sole source of truth.

No transaction custody

The subscription grants access to DealSig software. It does not authorize DealSig to bid, contract, wire funds, hold escrow, or act as your agent in a property transaction.

Availability and data

Public sources may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, restricted, or changed without notice. DealSig may pause a connector to comply with a source's terms, robots policy, rate limits, or security controls.
